1. Get Results In 90 Days Or Less

This website makes reference to "Get results in 90 days or less". First and foremost, this is only applicable to membership plans (not consultancy services or products) and this is not in any manner or in any form, a guarantee or money back offer. To be clear, no money or fees will be returned, credited or refunded. The definition of "results" is limited to our interpretation.

Examples of our interpretation of results include:

a) If you access one of our guides on how to configure Google Analytics and follow them to the letter, on completion, you will have achieved a result.

b) If our team has been instructed and paid to register a Google Search Console account for your website, and you have granted the appropriate permissions to do so, once registered, this will be considered a result.

Failure of the recipient (Client) to execute or perform the activities within 90 days of accessing our materials or services - is not deemed to have failed to "get results in 90 days or less". The responsibility of your actions to undertake any such activities within 90 days is reliant on you.

2. Solve My Problems

1 This website page makes reference to "at no cost" and "or even just do it for you". First and foremost, this is not in any manner or in any form, a guarantee or money back offer. To be clear, no money or fees will be returned, credited or refunded. The provision of creating a new guide, e-learning course or attendance at a workshop for free is at our discretion. The cost of any travel, subsistence or accommodation is your responsibility. The offer of "at no cost" does not include any consultancy services, products, Platinum events or membership subscriptions.

3. Give Something Back

Where we have made the offer of "free digital marketing advice to a local start-up company for every new client we win who pay a fee greater than £20,000", this is limited to one day per calendar month for a maximum duration of three consecutive months. Three days in total. Digital marketing advice will be provided in the form of training from our team. No services or use of 3rd party software which incurs an additional fee is part of the advice. No money is supplied to pay for pay-per-click advertising or any form of advertising. To be clear, no money or credit is offered at any time. Our definition of a "local start-up company", is one who has registered with UK companies house in the previous 6 months and is located within a radius of 30 miles from our location at FK1 2JQ. Any advice supplied face-to-face with this company must be at a location within the 30 mile radius. The free advice is offered during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and at a date and time suitable for our team. Our definition of "who pay a fee greater than £20,000" is that this fee is ex VAT and covers services (not advertising costs) incurred within a twelve month period. The first six months of invoices (at least £10,000 excluding VAT) must be paid in full before the free advice will commence. The party incurring the £20,000 fee for services can suggest the company they wish to receive the free advice. However, we reserve the right to decline the suggestion and we will request an alternative company (who meet the conditions above). The start-up company who receive free advice will not form or enter into a contract with us in order to receive the advice.

4. 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantees

Where a course states it comes with a 45 day satisfaction guarantee, here are the terms of the guarantee:

  • After enrolling in a course, please log-in and fully complete the lessons - your progress through the course is automatically recorded by our learning management system (LMS).
  • If you have any questions or technical difficulties at all, please let us know so that we can look to rectify any issues first before you request a refund. A member of our support staff will get back to you ASAP.
  • After receiving one refund under this policy for a particular eligible course, any subsequent purchase of the same course by the same person is not covered under this guarantee. No refunds will be made for such subsequent purchases.
  • The refund will be paid by the same method that you purchased the course. For example, if you paid using PayPal, PayPal will be used to refund the fee to the same account.
  • The fee refunded to you will be the same amount you paid to enrol in the course. In the event that you paid a discounted amount, you will only be refunded the same amount, not the full price of the course. 
  • You must contact us within the first 45 days of the initial enrolment/payment date. This timespan is calculated using the payment date and time in GMT. Your refund request will be denied if we receive a request after this timespan.
  • In the event that a particular course contained a trial period and/or reoccurring payments, you will only be refunded the amount you have paid up to the point of requesting a refund. The full course price will not be refunded.
  • When requesting a refund, please ensure you include the title of the course and supply the URL of the course, along with your YewBiz account details.
  • If you download any resources or course material from the online course, then use these yourself or share these resources within anyone else, your refund will be denied.
  • All refund requests must be made by email (in writing) to info@yewbiz.com, refund requests made by other means may be denied.

The 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee must not be confused with the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee as different terms and conditions apply.

5. 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantees or 30 Day Money Back Guarantees

Where a course states it comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, here are the terms of the guarantee:

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Platinum Circle Events Or Training Course Reimbursement or Cancellation

YewBiz reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. In such cases, we will give 5 working days' notice of the intended cancellation. Any customer who has already purchased a place on the training course will receive a full refund of the cost of the event/course or offered an alternative date. YewBiz is not liable for any costs incurred by the customer out-with the event/course fees.

If a customer cannot attend an event or training course, they will be entitled to up to 50% reimbursement of the fees paid. Reimbursement will only be valid if the customer gives 10 working days' notice that they cannot attend. If a customer cancels within 9 working days or less, YewBiz reserve the right to retain all fees and not to offer a refund of any amount.

If a customer does not attend an event or training course without giving any notice, there will be no refund. If a customer cannot attend for any reason and requests a substitute delegate attend in their absence, a written request must be submitted to us 3 working days prior to the event/course date. The request must contain the full name, company, email address and job title of the substitute delegate.
